To join or renew your membership to the Georgia Perennial Plant Association by mail, please submit an Application for Membership by mail along with your check, to the address shown below.

Click one of the printable Application for Membership options below. If you are applying for a new membership, please fill out the application completely. If you are renewing an existing membership, please fill out your name and any information that has changed since your last renewal.

Fill out a check for the amount applicable to your membership type, shown below. New and renewal fees for each membership type are the same.

• Individual Membership $30
• Dual Membership (2 adults at same residence) $35
• Business Membership (2 designated individuals from one business) $35
